Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of goods are allowed at Porchfest?
Artist booths are for creators of unique, handmade goods only — no mass-produced or multi-level marketing stuff, please. This is a family-friendly event that aims to build community, so please leave political merch at home.
What is the setup fee?
$25, but artists living in North Heights are exempt, and sponsorships may be available for students.
Where can I pay my setup fee?
Please pay your setup fee here.
How much space will I get?
You’ll have room to set up a 10’x10’ display for your products.
I live in North Heights. Can I sell stuff from my house/yard?
Absolutely! No fee required. Just fill out the form above to let us know who you are, where you’ll be, and what you’ll sell, and we’ll promote you and put you on the event map.

What do I need to bring?
Everything you need to display your art. Bring a tent (and something to weigh it down) to protect your goods in case of rain or wind.
Can I make something with the Porchfest logo on it?
Email us at northheightsporchfest@gmail.com to discuss this. In general, yes, but not on t-shirts or any other merch that we plan to sell ourselves. We depend on merch sales to fund Porchfest and other North Heights Neighborhood Group projects.
Can I have electricity?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide electricity for artist booths, but you may bring an INVERTER generator.
What’s your refund policy?
We’ll only issue refunds if Porchfest is cancelled. Porchfest is a rain-or-shine event and will only be cancelled due to severe weather. We have had successful Porchfests even on rainy days!
Where will I set up my booth? When will I find out where to set up?
We plan to set up artists on our “Megablock” on the 500 block of N. Moffet. We make a full map of the block to make sure everybody fits. We’ll send you the map along with detailed setup instructions 1-2 weeks before the event.
